Narrative and the Problem of Suffering

 Our presenter this year will be Eleonore A. Stump who holds the Robert J. Henle,  S.J., Chair of Philosophy at Saint Louis University. Dr. Stump presented her recent Gifford  Lectures, "Wandering in Darkness: Narrative and the Problem of Suffering," in March 2003 at  the  University of Aberdeen, Aberdeen Scotland.

Friday evening Dr. Stump will give an opening lecture followed by a question and answer session from the audience. The Friday evening lecture will begin at 7:30 PM.

Saturday morning Dr. Stump will give a second lecture followed by a moderated panel response. There will also be opportunity for audience questions. The Saturday morning session will begin at 9:30 AM.
