The Institute for the Study of Christianity and Culture is hosting its  fifth annual Fall conference at the Kellogg Center Auditorium, Michigan State  University, East Lansing, Michigan on Friday, September 24 and Saturday, September  25, 2004.

The topic for Friday evening and Saturday morning will be: "Narrative and the  Problem  of Suffering."

Our presenter this year will be Eleonore A. Stump. Professor Stump holds the  Robert J. Henle, S.J., Chair of  Philosophy at Saint Louis University. Dr. Stump  presented her recent Gifford Lectures, "Wandering in Darkness: Narrative and  the Problem of Suffering," in March 2003  at the University of Aberdeen,  Aberdeen  Scotland. Details
